This Valentine’s Day, lovers will be able to enjoy a dream menu imagined by Chef Philippe Jourdin at Les Caroubiers, featuring Provencal produce and regional products against a backdrop of love. Prelude to gourmet delights with a glass of Champagne to say ” Je t’aime “, followed by ” Un peu” for the Royale de foie gras truffée as amuse-bouche ; ” Beaucoup” with Belles gambas poêlées, creamy Risotto made with saffron and lemon carnaroli rice ; ” Passionately” with a Wellington-style beef fillet with Perigueux sauce, snow peas and melting apple , before concluding the dinner with “A la folie”with a fine cranberry jelly, crunchy chestnut meringue, Grand Marnier ice cream with blood orange zest….enough to melt with pleasure.
