During Paris couture week, the federation presented the Noirs Effets exhibition at the Maison des Champs Elysées, featuring 12 exceptional
dresses made by Couturiers Créateurs and Artisans d’Art members.

After playing the white card in 2013, the Fédération Française de la Création Couture sur Mesure–Paris, reinvented itself for its
second exhibition and presented at the Hotel la Maison des Champs Elysées, 12 exceptional black dresses, made by its members, under the theme
Noirs Effets / Black Works, from July 7 to 10, 2014.
4 days dedicated to the know-how and techniques of bespoke artisans, who create unique pieces for special occasions, celebrations and ceremonies all year round, in close collaboration with their customers.
12 silhouettes de nuit: each atelier member of the C’Couture–Paris label presents these black lace effects, treated with inlay, application, cutting, use of guipure, calais lace, chantilly, frivolités… all in transparency and embroidery.
This high level of craftsmanship stems from Haute Couture techniques.
Craftswomen and artisans also join the party, with milliner Bénédicte Morvan (with Sophie Castagnetti); jewellery designer Isabelle Léourier (with LetzMartin); lace-maker Sarah Radulesco (with Marjorie Boyard), jewelry designer Nadine Schalit (with Manon Pascual), and Duvelleroy fans also becoming members of the Federation.
