Maison Dubernet and Thierry Marx set up shop at Printemps du Goût from January 10, 2018!
Printemps du Goût and Maison Dubernet share the same love of excellent French produce. It’s only natural that the institutional Maison de gastronomie du Sud-Ouest, with the complicity of the visionary chef, will open at 64 boulevard Haussmann a space of over 100m2, both grocery store and table.
Here you’ll find the Maison’s must-have products, but also recipes imagined by Thierry Marx, including foie gras with hazelnut oil, beef pastrami, and smoked poultry breast. The experience continues with a tasting under the Paris skies, of the noble, straightforward taste of Southwestern cuisine.
