LEON & HARPER: fragrance launch

This winter, Léon et Harper introduces us to a new product for this Parisian brand: perfume. The story begins with an unexpected meeting and telephone conversation: when Philippe Corbin called the young nose, Barnabé Fillion, to offer to create the scent for his brand, the latter initially replied that he was very busy, but added all the same:

– “With your name I’m not likely to forget you”.
– “Why do you say that?”
– “One of my favorite books on the history of perfume is historian Alain Corbin’s Le miasme et la jonquille”.
– “That’s my dad!”

And so begins this long-awaited collaboration, with the creation of a new fragrance that abandons chemical formulas and marries raw materials: frankincense and myrrh are confronted with the metallic tonicity of civet or smoke.
