Each in turn, for 2 weeks, these restaurants will become THE Table Maille, offering a specific and gourmet ephemeral menu.
Founded in 1747, the House of Maille has stood the test of time, perpetuating its know-how and creativity. A symbol of French gastronomic elegance, the company has continued the work of its founder, Antoine-Claude Maille, by imagining unique creations with original, refined flavors for 268 years. Today, Maille is teaming up with talented young chefs and inviting gourmets to enjoy a new gastronomic experience through an original event: Les Tables Maille.
For 5 months, from July 6 to November 22, 2015, 10 restaurants across France will honor the original creations of the famous house, creating a never-before-seen menu. Selected in partnership with Gault&Millau, 4 Parisian restaurants and 6 restaurants in major provincial cities (Bordeaux, Lille, Lyon, Marseille, Nantes and Strasbourg) will make Maille the soul of the table.
Stephane Pitré (Louis), Julien Duboué (A.Noste), Aurélien Crosato (Solena), Gaëtan Gentil (Prairial), Steven Ramon (Rouge Barré)… These young chefs, rising stars of French gastronomy, will be using all their creativity and talent to come up with unexpected recipes. From starters to desserts, the chefs will revisit the use of mustards and vinegars, and propose daring combinations.
Each in turn, for 2 weeks, these restaurants will become THE Table Maille, offering a specific and gourmet ephemeral menu.
Throughout the operation, gourmets will be able to find contact details for each table and discover all the information on the unique menus created by the chefs on a dedicated website. A competition will be organized to give everyone a chance to win a dinner for two around the same Table during an original evening in the restaurant of their choice.
Through this tour of France, Maison Maille invites gourmets to share a unique gourmet experience created by talented young chefs. It’s an opportunity for everyone to discover or rediscover some of the 40 varieties of Maille mustards and vinegars in a convivial, gourmet experience.
