For the festive season, the famous Mariages Frères tea house is offering two tea-flavoured cakes that will delight your taste buds!
The first is a “millecake” log with yuzu temple green tea: a trendy taste, as fragrant yuzu green tea is enhanced by the sensual sweetness of bourbon vanilla and an orange-flavored sponge cake.
The second is “White Noël Tea”, a white tea Christmas cake. It’s a white tea cheesecake, with a gourmet shortbread with speculoos, and a light chantilly on a bed of preserved lemons. A fairytale delight that resembles winter snow.
