Noilly Prat is recognized as one of the very first and most refined French vermouths, produced in the south of France since 1813.

The story begins with the long crossings of the ships on which the wine barrels were stored, subjected to the elements.

Louis Noilly, son of the founder of Noilly Prat, had the idea of recreating this exclusive natural process. Some wines are aged in the open air in hundreds of oak barrels, giving the Vermouth a slow oxidation that brings roundness and clarity.

Two hundred years of French tradition are contained in Noilly Prat Vermouth, now used by mixologists the world over.

Vermouth Noilly Prat is also used in haute cuisine, pairing well with the most gourmet recipes, especially fish and seafood dishes.
