For 5 days, the Festival International de Mode et de Photographie presented the runway shows of 10 of the most creative young designers on the international scene at several venues around the city. These were followed by professional meetings, showrooms and an exhibition at the Villa Noailles.
The Chloé Prize for Fashion goes to Anna Bornhold.
The edition from April 23 to 27, 2015, also featured shots by ten talented young photographers. This year, Karl Lagerfeld was Artistic Director of the 30th edition of the festival. Virginie Viard, Director of the CHANEL Creative Studio, was President of the Fashion Jury. Eric Pfrunder, Image Director of CHANEL Mode, was President of the photography jury.
In the run-up to the Awards, the ten finalists were welcomed at the Première Vision shows in February. They were able to establish direct contacts with exhibitors and manufacturers, and benefit from privileged access to products from the world’s best companies: yarns, fabrics and accessories. They were also coached in the creation of their collections.
