Resort Anahita Mauritius: Ciel Properties Ltd announces the launch of the AMALTHEA program
Ciel Properties Ltd, the real estate arm of the ALTEO Group, announces the launch of AMALTHEA, the third phase of the Anahita Mauritius resort ‘s residential real estate development.
The AMALTHEA residential real estate program – which will be a pedestrian area accessible by golf cart – comprises villas with swimming pools, duplexes and lodges . It will be surrounded by holes 1, 8 and 9 of the 18-hole USGA golf course designed by Ernie Els, as well as tropical gardens and ancient trees.
Located on the east coast of Mauritius, opposite Île aux Cerfs, Anahita Mauritius is the island’s most magical resort.
It covers an area of 213 hectares, along a 6-kilometer coastline, on the edge of the island’s largest lagoon.
Meticulously designed as a low-density urban development project, the Anahita Mauritius master plan will respect the environment, with architectural and landscaping guidelines having been strictly and meticulously established with the aim of leaving an authentic legacy for future generations.
AMALTHEA residents will enjoy an idyllic living environment, accompanied by a pleasant climate all year round.
They’ll have access to the pleasures of a private beach, an infinity pool in an integrated village featuring restaurants, cafés and bars, boutiques, a diving club, wellness and fitness centers, clubs for kids and teens, and its 18-hole USGA-standard golf course.
The villas, duplexes and lodges in the AMALTHEA program will be sold as freehold property with access to the sea, under the IRS regime.
Each villa has a surface area of 201 m². The veranda is the lively centerpiece for Mauritian-style living.
They have been fitted out with dining and relaxation areas, opening onto a swimming pool and private garden.
The lodges are 147 or 186 m² in size.
Delivery is scheduled for the first quarter of 2015.
