Christophe Michalak’s 2013 Easter egg
This year, Christophe Michalak and pastry chef Jean-Marie Hiblot drew inspiration for their new Easter egg from the art deco furniture in the hotel’s suites. An original creation, with a unique design and a decidedly contemporary look!
The 3 dark chocolate pebbles are topped by a dark granite egg encrusted with ivory chips, hiding delicate chocolate treats in its lair. All covered by a white chocolate lampshade tinted red, Plaza of course.
