Spring-Summer 2015 fashion show
Ermenegildo Zegna Couture by Stefano Pilati
Architecture and Space
The starting pointwas architecture, then space came as a word to make it objective.
Like its predecessors, the Ermenegildo Zegna Couture Spring-Summer 2015 Collection develops an evolving silhouette and attitude. Artistic director Stefano Pilati – formerly creative director of ready-to-wear at Maison Yves Saint-Laurent – continues to combine and exploit apparent contradictions in this line, such as: innovation and destruction; splendor and decadence; masculine and feminine.
A new chapter unfolds before our eyes: architecture vs. space; textures vs. surfaces. An evidence of volume, space, graphics and architecture around which silhouettes oscillate.
The presence ofstripes in the Collection conveys the desire to mark a stylistic exercise where formality and leisure aspire to the same languorous allure.
