On the personal initiative of Alison Vonthron, more than 30 artists and fashion designers are mobilizing to benefit the Prévention Routière association, in partnership with Allianz France. Velo Work Art aims to call on the creativity of artists to make helmets and vests attractive, while supporting a major public-interest cause.
Back in 2011, a number of renowned artists and fashion designers joined forces to transform the famous yellow vest into a collector’s item. The operation raised over €25,000.
This year, designers were able to express their creativity on bicycles, helmets and the legendary yellow vests.
Collaborating designers include The Kooples, Agatha Ruiz De La Prada, Antik Batik, Chantal Thomass and Claudie Pierlot.
On March 11 and 12, 2014, Le MOLIÈRE will be exhibiting the creations of over 30 renowned artists and fashion designers. To close the exhibition, an auction will be held, with all proceeds going to the Prévention Routière association.
