A few weeks ago, we discovered a new address for Parisian carnivores: Les tantes Jeanne.
Just off the Butte Montmartre, this meat specialist opened a little over a year ago and offers a mouth-watering menu for the discerning carnivore.
Carpaccio of scallops with lemon caviar, grenobloise-style veal brain, marrow bone rotis and half-cooked duck foie gras, so many dishes worth a detour.
Beef is at the heart of the debate, from the absolutely succulent Kobe-style Wagyu beef to the famous black angus. For the less carnivorous, the fish menu is also very good.
