The Michelin-starred restaurant offers a warm and intimate atmosphere. The modern elegance of its décor, complemented by panoramic views over Megève, creates the ideal setting for an exceptional gastronomic experience.

A Map that Evolves with the Seasons

Every winter, the restaurant’s menu reinvents itself, showcasing dishes that combine sparkling textures and delicate harmonies. Local ingredients are king, and Anne-Sophie Pic, in her perpetual quest for harmony, draws inspiration from the surrounding nature to create dishes that reflect the essence of the mountains.

Creativity at the Service of Gastronomy

This season, in collaboration with chef Armando Acquaviva, Anne-Sophie Pic offers a menu rich in roasted notes, refreshed by the tangy, bitter aromas of citrus. A tribute to the mountains and their produce, with dishes like Royale d’oignons doux des Cévennes, which blends the tradition of French cuisine with the influence of Japanese cuisine.

The famous Berlingots, the chef’s signature, are revisited with flavors of Savoy reblochon and Ardèche chestnuts, perfumed with caraway and chamomile matricaria, illustrating Pic’s commitment to promoting local products.

Anne-Sophie Pic, in collaboration with Eric Verbauwhede and Jonathan Chapuy, offers unforgettable pastry creations, such as Le Chocolat herbacé et Chartreuse Verte or Le Millefeuille à la Reine-des-prés, fusing innovation with traditional flavors.
