Every winter, the restaurant’s menu reinvents itself, showcasing dishes that combine sparkling textures and delicate harmonies. The famous Berlingots, the chef’s signature, are revisited with flavors of Savoy reblochon and Ardèche chestnuts, perfumed with caraway and chamomile matricaria, illustrating Pic’s commitment to promoting local products.
