The culmination of 20 years’ work, Rozelieures’ parcel whiskies are the result of mastery of every stage of production on the estate.
This expertise, particularly in malting, enables the Lorraine distillery to ensure total traceability of its whiskies from the earth to the glass. To date, the Rozelieures distillery is one of the first in the world to offer single estate whiskies.
A LIMITED-EDITION COLLECTION OF 18 PARCEL WHISKIES, DIVIDED INTO 4 TERROIR FAMILIES
Each year, the distillery will bottle 2 to 3 parcel whiskies.
Within 7 years, all 18 parcels of the estate will be part of the collection, divided into 4 main terroirs: clay-limestone, silty, volcanic and clay.
The first 2 whiskies in the collection are unpeated. Maturation will enable the characteristics of each soil type to be highlighted.
The great aromatic differences between these first 2 parcels are a perfect demonstration of the impact of terroir, including in spirits.
SILT TERROIR: CLOS DES CHAMPS PLOT
These soils produce delicate, floral whiskies. Maturation in ex-cognac and bourbon casks ensures that the distillate remains true to this style.

These soils produce full-bodied whiskies with lots of substance. The use of new oak barrels from the Rozelieures forests is perfectly suited.

Located between Nancy and Épinal, close to the Baccarat crystal works, the Rozelieures distillery, run by the Grallet-Dupic family for 5 generations, isone of the few distilleries in the world to control the entire production process.
Grain, malting, brewing, distillation and aging are all done in-house – including energy autonomy thanks to the methanization unit – in a rare and unique model of vertical integration.
