Tiffany & Co. celebrates Valentine’s Day with the “Blue is the Color of Love” campaign campaign in collaboration with Curtis Kulig.
Tiffany & Co. today unveils its Valentine’s Day 2022 campaign in collaboration with Curtis Kulig, the New York artist famous for his “Love Me” mantra. This creative partnership, dubbed “Blue is the Color of Love”, is the latest in the Maison’s long history of working with groundbreaking designers and artists; it is also a tribute to Tiffany & Co.’s pre-eminence in the field of love and commitment. The campaign celebrates the power of art, words and love itself.
“Love Me was initially conceived as a very personal idea to me, and it naturally evolved into something that other people interpret – which is what makes it so interesting, ” explains Curtis Kulig. Commenting on his collaboration with Tiffany, he says: ” My creative process with Tiffany & Co. was very natural.
Curtis Kulig has created a series of exclusive works for Tiffany’s Valentine’s Day campaign, proclaiming messages such as “Dare me”, “Know me” and “Kiss me”, declining his “Love me” concept with assertive Tiffany Blue® typography. Since 2005, Kulig’s simple yet powerful plea has not only found its way into New York’s urban texture, but has also become a staple of pop culture. “Love me” has appeared everywhere, on city walls, canvases and neon signs, in metal sculptures and through other prestigious collaborations. In the “Blue is the Color of Love” campaign, Kulig’s works for Tiffany & Co. are juxtaposed with various jewelry collections, including Tiffany City HardWear, Tiffany Knot and Tiffany T.
The Tiffany & Co. x Curtis Kulig “Blue is the Color of Love” campaign kicks off today worldwide, in the media and on Tiffany.com.
