2 doses of Select Aperitivo
3 doses of Prosecco
1 dash Soda Water Fever-Tree
1 large green olive
Pour prosecco, Select Aperitivo and soda water into a large balloon glass filled with ice. Stir gently with a spoon, then garnish the glass with a green olive. Expert advice: choose a prosecco with a low sugar content, i.e. “Dry” or “Extra Dry”.
