For Epiphany 2021, Anona Pastry Chef Jimmy Cappezzone has created La Parisienne, a galette featuring the finest products from Ile-de-France:
Sweet butter and hazelnuts from Seine-et-Marne, organic flour from Moulins Bourgeois.
All emblems of Anona’s philosophy, awarded a green star in the 2020 Michelin Guide: eco-responsible gastronomy.
Jimmy Cappezzone’s delicate pastry is topped with an exquisite hazelnut cream. La Parisienne is the perfect alliance between traditional puff pastry and the powerful flavor of hazelnuts.
This galette will also be available in a Classic version for all frangipane fans.
