To mark the 150th anniversary of Hennessy X.O., the famous architect Frank Gehry has reinterpreted Hennessy’s iconic decanter.
Through two creations: an exclusive piece, blending the materials of bronze, gold and glass, and a limited edition box, the renowned architect blends his vision with the history of the House, to illustrate the Hennessy X.O. heritage.
“I was honored to be invited by Maison Hennessy to celebrate this anniversary. Although I was obviously very enthusiastic, I was also intimidated. After all, a bottle of cognac is a creation in itself, because you can smell it, taste it and touch it. Behind this bottle is a powerful story, but also the commitment of the people who produce this cognac.”
