Just a few days ago, we took off for Rethymnon in Crete to discover the hotel everyone’s talking about: The Syntopia. On arrival, we were immediately struck by the hotel’s meticulous design, attention to detail and magnificent swimming pools. We were in for a few days of totally Instagrammable life.
