Leica Camera has teamed up with HODINKEE, the world’s leading watchmaking platform, to present a surprising special edition inspired by the patinated bezel of a vintage watch owned by HODINKEE founder and CEO Ben Clymer.
“ The Leica M10-P “Ghost” Edition for HODINKEE is an expression of my fascination with timeless objects and the way they age and evolve, as well as the culmination of a partnership with a brand that has long been part of my life and that I admire enormously,” says Ben Clymer.
A nod to the “ghost” look of a wristwatch bezel that has suffered the effects of time and wear. The set sports a new, equally aesthetic look that evokes a storied past and draws parallels between the mechanical complexity of the camera and the subtleties of fine watchmaking.
The Leica M10-P “Ghost” Edition for HODINKEE will be available from December 12, 2019, in a Limited Edition of just 250 worldwide.
