Pauline Lehoux, 24, becomes the new Pastry Chef at Thoumieux in Paris

This is the story of a young woman with a passion for pastry who, at the age of 24, realizes her dream of working alongside a two-star chef…

After completing an apprenticeship at Cyril Lignac’s Pâtisserie, Pauline Lehoux went on to gain experience in the sweet world at prestigious hotels La Réserve and La Villa, before working as a consultant abroad.

The young pastry chef is now back in Paris, expressing her creativity in the kitchens of double Michelin-starred chef Sylvestre Wahid at the gourmet restaurant Restaurant Sylvestre Wahid, located in the Hôtel Thoumieux, in the 7th arrondissement.

For the young pastry chef, it’s actually a return to her roots, as she had already worked at Hôtel Thoumieux in 2016.
