A fruity first birthday for Cédric Grolet’s Pâtisserie du Meurice!
On March 23 and 24, Le Meurice pastry chef Cédric Grolet is celebrating the 1-year anniversary of his highly acclaimed patisserie with a colorful array of sculpted fruits. It’s also an opportunity to introduce you to the 2.0 version of the fruits that have made him such a success!
For this first anniversary, Cédric Grolet wanted to please his customers with a menu featuring 100% carved fruit, his flagship creations! We’ll be featuring his iconic Noisette Or, as well as a number of classics and new products such as the 2.0 collection.
2.0: New recipes, new pairings, beyond the challenge of reinventing itself, these new creations were generated by the desire to produce 100% natural desserts. In order to use only the best products, 100% of the fruit is organically grown. What’s more, the colors used are derived from dehydrated fruit and vegetables, an intense powder in both color and taste.
During this anniversary weekend, no less than 12 different fruits will be offered on the menu, including :

The Red Apple 2.0

To thank all the pastry lovers who have followed him over the years, Cédric Grolet decided to give away 10 of his embroidered chef’s jackets for the occasion, as a way of sharing a little more of his world and provoking the human encounters that are so dear to his heart.
