The Peninsula Hong Kong, the city’s iconic hotel, welcomes a new talent from the world of Gastronomy in the presence of François Delaire, Executive Pastry Chef.

French pastry chef François Delaire is renowned for his elegant, refined creations, which breathe new life into traditional patisserie.

His signature creations include :

La Marguerite, a light mango cream with lime sorbet and fresh vanilla panna cotta;

The Tubemeringuéwith strawberries, a light red fruit cream and a herb sorbet;

Tatin with caramelized appleswith cinnamon shortbread and Tahitian vanilla ice cream.
