To celebrate summer, Les Ambassadeurs bar at the Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel unveils its new summer cocktail menu of floral and fruity flavors, carefully crafted by Chef Barman Christophe Davoine.
On the menu of this new and innovative collection: Garden Party and its calvados with rosemary, cherry, peach and rhubarb; Babylon, a clever blend of jasmine-infused pisco, homemade combawa syrup, yuzu and fresh grapes; theArborescence, a blend of gin, kumquat, bergamot, sparkling sake and absinthe; the Kingi, a rum blend with anisette, lime, lavender bitter and orgeat; and the Régalia, a harmony of pepper- and tonka-bean-infused vodka, hysteria liqueur and vanilla syrup.

Guests can savor this subtle selection of elixirs while enjoying a program of live concerts every evening, from piano-vocals at the start of the week to DJ sets at the weekend.
The bar Les Ambassadeurs is undeniably the Spot for all epicureans.
