When you enter the PALM Hotel & Spa, a sense of calm washes over you. After walking down an avenue of palm trees and fountains, you enter a lobby that is both majestic and warm. A flagstone path, surrounded by exotic pools and lanterns, leads to the outdoor bar with its breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. It was this splendid setting that prompted the Jam couple to design what would become one of the 3 5-star establishments on Réunion Island…
After their1st establishment (the remarkable Iloha), Michel and Nanou Jam decided to design a 3-star hotel in the Sauvage South. The grandiose setting of Grand Anse eventually prompted them to rethink the project as a 4-star. 5 years later, thanks to a constant quest for perfection, the PALM Hotel & Spa was awarded its 5th star.

In the midst of this green setting, between sugar cane fields, ocean and forest, PALM has opted for responsible tourism. The installation of solar panels, the purchase of electric buggies, bioclimatic architecture and recycling channels… it’s thanks to these many efforts that the PALM Hôtel & Spa was awarded the “European Ecolabel – tourist accommodation services” in 2014.
