D U C
Birth of a premium whisky
The genesis of this story began with the meeting of three men united by shared values. A true visionary businessman and model of success, BOOBA had wanted to create his own whisky brand for many years. Charles DAUCOURT of Maison DAUCOURT had been living in the United States for eight years. He introduces BASTILLE 1789, one of the jewels in the crown of French whiskies. A pioneer in this field and an expert in the world of spirits, Charles travels the United States over the years to promote his family’s whisky. First in New York City, then in Miami, he meets BOOBA, who lives in the same building. The two men share a common passion for whisky, and find comparable values in fulfilling his dreams.

The AMBITION of the “self made man” who achieves and the PASSION for whisky and artistic creation.
The famous rapper then discovers the TRADITION, the know-how of distillation and the art of blending of the Maison DAUCOURT.

MALT SELECTION
Maison DAUCOURT selects the highest quality malted barley and wheat in Northern France. Well-known to Scottish distillers, this region offers unrivalled grain quality, one of the best for whisky-making.
THE CHOICE OF WATER PURITY
Maison DAUCOURT uses spring water naturally filtered by limestone.
DOUBLE DISTILLATION
D.U.C Whisky is distilled twice in authentic Charentais stills, characterized by their “swan necks”. If distillation is a skill, blending is an art. The contact with the casks and the influence of their origins make D.U.C a Whisky with a strong character.
Maison DAUCOURT’s cellar masters have achieved their ideal. By combining flavors from the origins of Bourbon, Sauternes and Cognac casks, they have created a whisky with apparent smoothness and a powerful identity.
Tasting Notes
Nose: sweet candied fruit, apricot and plum. A pleasant note of orange blossom accompanied by a hint of vanilla.
On the palate: A finely peated malted cereal approach, subtle woodiness giving way to notes of pastry and caramelized dessert.
Delicate, gourmand finish reminiscent of cocoa, dried orange peel and hazelnut.
