For there to be dreams, you need stars…
On a playground that belongs to him alone, Nicolas Cloiseau has a taste for dreams. His instinct is to reach for the stars. With meticulous strokes, he plays with unheard-of details. A starry night, interspersed with dreams. His chocolate tells of a fascinating world. With gold and light, he lights up a unique star. A nocturnal nugget to enchant our nights. An ephemeral star, inhabited by vertigo. At the edge of a chocolate with light. For a single night, it brings the extravagance of precious craftsmanship to the magic of Christmas.

Once upon a night…
At the zenith of covetousness, the long-awaited epilogue to the yule log. The Christmas story sparkles with citrus and chocolate. A tangy, fruity freshness urges the chocolate into high-pitched Kalamansi, softened by candied Kumquat. The intensity of pure Brazilian chocolate, flattered by notes of passion fruit, embraces citrus on a delicately flaky mendiant praline.

Sur la piste aux étoiles…
Nicolas Cloiseau invites the new guard to extend their starry dreams. A night inhabited by the inspired and inspiring universe of Alex and Marine*. For La Maison du Chocolat, they take down
the stars and hang blue dreams in the night. The more beautiful the night, in this double set of original signatures. Straight from their pictorial universe, their “Nuit Étoilée” collection underlines the graphic magic of a captivating nocturnal nature.

Starry night…
Nicolas Cloiseau explores the sweets of Christmas. Four begging stars watch over the brief moments of chocolate art dedicated to gourmandise. Playing on contrasts,
tastes and textures, this quartet composes the score for our new addictions. Nuances of pleasure and sensations reveal the finesse of dried, candied, crunchy and melting fruits, in particularly irresistible combinations. Five new creations mark a lively, tangy collection in which Mara des Bois, tinted
with orange blossom, dreams of chocolate, the Kumquat/Kalamansi citrus duo is devoured from candied to zesty, marzipan plays with chocolate, mendiant nibbles with milky pleasure, and black Brazilian ganache reveals a chocolatey nature infatuated with passion fruit.
