In November, the Hôtel Plaza Athénée invites you to discover the flavors of India: an invitation to travel for the masses in an “à la carte” version at the Relais Plaza, or for the happy few at a gala dinner in one of its private lounges!
First, Relais Plaza invites you to discover the cuisine of Chef Montu Saini – none other than the chef to the President of the Republic of India – for a week: from November 27 to December 1, he will be working in the kitchens of 21 avenue Montaigne, alongside Executive Chef Philippe Marc.
What’s on the agenda for this Indian week?
First, in terms of decoration, a few symbolic and colorful touches will enhance the Parisian spirit of the restaurant, while customers will be greeted by the emblematic Werner Kuchler.
As for the menu, Montu Saini and Philippe Marc, chef of the Relais Plaza, have worked together to offer typical dishes with spicy notes, such as lamb or fish curry, or some refreshing lassis.

In addition, on Wednesday November 29, a major charity gala, co-organized by the Club des Chefs des Chefs and Hotel Plaza Athénée, will be held in the hotel’s private lounges.
Produced by Chef Montu Saini and the Alain Ducasse team, this exceptional dinner in the presence of H.R.H. Sawai Padmanabh Singh The Maharaja of Jaipu and H.R.H. Princess Diya Kumari of Jaipur, in aid of the Princess Diya Kumari of Jaipur association, will be the high point of a week dedicated to India, including an auction of exceptional lots.
A magical evening!
