Ralph Lauren has unveiled its brand new bar, with its cosy, refined atmosphere, and we were able to test it out.
In “English club” style, with its dark oak panelling, as welcoming as it is sophisticated, the cocktail bar has become a new destination within its now unmissable Left Bank restaurant: Le Ralph’s. Ideal for a pre-dinner drink, or to enjoy on the terrace.
The prestige of 173 Boulevard Saint Germain is enriched by this exhilarating blend of authentic 17th-century Parisian décor, American lifestyle and authentic culinary experience.
Inspired by Ralph Lauren’s famous Polo Bar on New York’s 5th Avenue, Ralph’s has reinvented its cocktail offering to reflect the spirit and elegance of the New York restaurant.
In the newly revamped bar area, customers can enjoy delicious cocktails and gourmet snacks before dinner, such as shrimps or crab croquettes.
They can sit at the counter on leather stools, or in complete privacy at one of the new round tables designed for this purpose.
The new cocktail menu features classics such as the Ridgway Margarita, Moscow Mule and Vesper Martini. For our part, we fell for the Pink Pony, part of whose profits are donated to breast cancer charities, as well as the famous Old Fashioned and Manhattan.
