Cave du Roi Dagobert proud of its commitment to sustainable development, presents its 2015 Organic Riesling. A delicious, beautifully dressed Riesling. La Cave du Roi Dagobert: an exemplary career Founded in 1952, La Cave du Roi Dagobert is now one of Alsace’s leading vineyards. Its 250 winegrowers are all united by a love of their vines and their prestigious terroirs.
Spread over 950 hectares of the most majestic terroirs, the vineyards are located around Traenheim in the Bas-Rhin region. In a spirit of respect for its terroirs, the Cave du Roi Dagobert has been committed to sustainable viticulture for nearly 15 years, and was the first to introduce specifications for good viticultural practices. Its “high-tech” winery allows for highly precise vinification, resulting in a range of high-quality, varied wines that reflect the image of its vineyards. La Cave du Roi Dagobert has come a long way since its creation, and today ranks among the best references in Alsace.
This lovely Riesling comes from a marl-limestone terroir typical of the Alsace region. The grapes from which this wine is made are grown organically, i.e. with natural nutrients, without herbicides and using natural disease control methods. Tasting notes This 2015 Organic Riesling has a fresh, fruity nose, with aromas of white flowers and lemon. The palate is harmonious and delicate, with a hint of crispness. This cuvée combines freshness and minerality.
This Riesling Bio 2015 is an ideal partner for fish and seafood. It will also go wonderfully with charcuterie. The ideal drinking temperature is 8-10°C. This wine can be kept for 2 years.
The 2015 Organic Riesling is on sale for €7.50.
