For the festive season, Angelo Musa, World Pastry Champion in 2003 and Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2007, who has joined the Hôtel Plaza Athénée as Executive Pastry Chef, presents his Christmas log.

He wanted to return to a more classic concept that reflects the spirit of Christmas and tradition, for special moments to share with the family.

It pays homage to elegance and simplicity with a creation featuring strong, authentic flavours and a classic yet refined shape.

Long and round, this creation recalls the curves of the cocoa bean. Gourmand and precious, it is as if protected in a case of milk chocolate. Sublimated by gold powder, it maintains a sober tone, highlighting the creativity and good taste of Angelo Musa.

Let yourself be tempted by its light hazelnut and vanilla cream. Escape with a ganache flavored with a hint of yuzu and melt for the crunch of the hazelnut cookie.

On the palate, it’s an explosion of delicate aromas and flavors. Connoisseurs won’t be mistaken…
