On Thursday November 24, Fauchon celebrated its 130th anniversary with an exceptional evening at its recently inaugurated historic boutique on Place de la Madeleine.
Michel Ducros, shareholder of Fauchon, and Michel Girault, President of Fauchon, were joined by numerous personalities: Actresses Valérie Bonneton and Julie Depardieu, Clovis Cornillac and Jean-Pierre Marielle, Laurence Ferrari, Bruce Toussaint, Nikos Aliagas, Jerome Kerviel, Sylvie Hoarau from the duo Brigitte, Mareva Galanter, Audrey Marnay, designer Chantal Thomass accompanied by two dancers from Crazy Horse Paris, Thomas Joubert, Gonzague Saint-Bris.
Guests were able to discover a brand-new showcase for the Maison Fauchon, which, after 10 months of renovation work, offers an exceptional new location in Paris. More than just a Parisian outlet, this showcase embodies the savoir-faire, quality, refinement and spirit of Fauchon the world over.
Throughout the evening, guests were treated to dishes prepared by Chef Sébastien Monceaux and Chef Patrick Pailler, respectively Head Chef and Pastry Chef.
Fauchon was also pleased to welcome some of the Chefs who have marked the House’s gastronomic history, including Sébastien Gaudard, Maurice Carton, Paul Berthon, Jean-Michel Perruchon, Benoît Couvrand and Arnaud Larher.
Each of them presented an original creation in honor of the famous Maison and its founder, Auguste Fauchon. The evening was a feast for the palate and the eyes.
