PINOT GRIS 2010 GRAND CRU GLOECKELBERG comes from a vineyard north of Ribeauvillé, in the Rodern and Saint-Hippolyte districts. South-east-facing, at an altitude of 250 to 360 meters, this terroir lies on a granitic substratum with acidic, sandy soils on the surface.

This PINOT GRIS 2010 GRAND CRU GLOECKELBERG has an intense nose with notes of dried and candied fruit. The palate is smooth and structured. The attack on the palate is supple, but remains balanced thanks to good acidity, which proves the wine’s great origin. The finish is voluptuous.
LE PINOT GRIS 2010 GRAND CRU GLOECKELBERG is ideal as an aperitif, with pan-fried foie gras or as an accompaniment to duck breast with honey or a tajine with dried fruit. Serve between 10 and 12°C, decanting an hour in advance if possible to allow the aromas to open up. This wine can be kept for up to 10 years. Notes of citrus gradually evolve towards exotic fruits.
PINOT GRIS 2010 GRAND CRU GLOECKELBERG IS AVAILABLE AT AN AVERAGE PRICE OF 18.68 EUROS.
