The lobsters settle on the Left Bank, rue Mazarine!

Following on from the success of its first restaurant in the Marais district, Les Pinces is opening a new address in Saint-Germain-des-Prés.
It will feature the formula that made Les Pinces famous: a whole lobster (roasted or on a sandwich) at the unbeatable price of 25 euros!
The concept originated with 4 friends, Rémy Bougenaux, Vivien Mathieu, Damien Börjesson and Louis Kerveillant, who, on returning from a trip to Boston, wanted to make lobster accessible to all.
Here, everything is home-made!

Canadian, Breton and American lobsters, preserved alive in the restaurant’s tanks, Irish beef, raised in the open air or buns specially designed for the lobster rolls recipe.
