Libre Forme 8 helps you maintain a healthy diet every day, whatever the circumstances. If, like me, you want to eat healthily and keep your figure during pregnancy, I highly recommend that you open the door to this healthy eating institute.

Fabienne, my consultant – and co-founder of Libre Forme 8 – takes my measurements regularly to make sure that I’m not putting on weight, but that the weight I’m gaining is really the baby’s weight. To do this, Fabienne measures my arms, stomach, hips and thighs. The results? At 4 months of pregnancy, the scale showed a weight gain of 2.3 kilos. My belly has gained less than 3 cm, but my thighs and buttocks have not really changed. This just goes to show that I’m eating healthily, thanks to Fabienne’s sound advice. The baby’s growing, but my hip size isn’t!

My diet hasn’t changed much since I became pregnant, I cook food well, I wash fruit and vegetables carefully (to limit the risk of toxoplasmosis and listeria). I still follow the wellness tips I learned from Libre Forme 8, namely: don’t eat for 2 when you’re pregnant, eat 2 times better! Avoid mixing more than 3 types of food in a meal (so as not to slow down digestion), eat plenty of vegetables and red fruit, eat a “hearty” meal in the evening to get a good night’s sleep and a lighter one at lunchtime… The list of tips is long, and it has changed my life quite a bit. Today, for example, I no longer leave the table with a heavy stomach, feeling tired because of an overly rich meal. On the contrary, now when I leave the table, I’m immediately in great shape, ready to carry on with the day!

Of course, all the Libre Forme 8 advice was given to me on a personal basis, following a very precise assessment of my eating habits, as well as a study of my lifestyle, my relationship with food etc… Each case is therefore unique and the advice will not be the same from one person to the next.

I’m going back to the Place de la Madeleine institute in a month to take stock of my pregnancy follow-up. An appointment lasts about 15 minutes, enough time to weigh myself, take measurements and see if there are things to improve or not in terms of diet. However, I can always contact a Libre Forme 8 consultant by phone or email if I have a question, which is a real plus.

If, like me, you are expecting a baby or would like to start breastfeeding in the best possible conditions, I invite you to visit Libre Forme 8 http://www.libreforme8.com/
