The 2016 Michelin Guide awards have just singled out the Chef of “Le Cloître” restaurant, located within the Couvent des Minimes Hôtel & Spa L’Occitane in Mane, Alpes Haute Provence.
Jérome Roy, a 38-year-old chef from Tours, has just been awarded his first Michelin star. With a cuisine based on local produce, illuminated by exotic touches that echo his travels, Jérome Roy embodies, in his own way, the future of French cuisine.
