The very seventies deco plunges us into a friendly atmosphere. The smell of barbecue whets our appetite, as the meats are cooked over a wood fire. For starters, the Empanadas are a fine way to begin. L’Unico Amélie
The Argentinian restaurant on rue Paul-Bert opens a second address on the Left Bank, in the 7th arrondissement. A veritable temple of meat. The establishment will delight meat lovers.
Initially, Unico was the brainchild of Marcelo Joulia, a Franco-Argentinian architect and gastronomy enthusiast. He teamed up with Laurent Lelimouzin, and in 2005 they took over a former butcher’s shop in the 11th arrondissement and set up Unico. Following their success, the two men are now opening a new establishment in the 7th arrondissement.

A barbecue, Argentine meats, an Argentine chef, Atahual Flores, and a highly specialized selection of Argentine wines await you at this new address. The beef cuts are tender and tasty. Connoisseurs are not mistaken. That evening, the room was packed. Success already seems to be on the cards.
We finish with a little vanilla cream. A real treat!
