A nod to Maxime Leforestier’s famous song, this neo-bistro in Paris’s 10th arrondissement is sure to delight your summer evenings, comfortably seated on the terrace as the sun shows its last rays and a gentle breeze blows across your face. In addition to dinner, La Maison Bleue, about to become your new second home, also offers breakfasts and lunches. So there’s no excuse not to drop in! Maison Bleue_salle maison (Copy)The three friends behind the project have pulled out all the stops to offer quality, out-of-the-ordinary gastronomy that will delight your taste buds: tasty home-cooked dishes made from fresh market produce, and baked in a special charcoal-fired oven. Sunday brunch starts at 11am! A regular opportunity to enjoy a hearty and friendly experience.

As for the decor, it’s obviously in blue tones, rather cosy and relaxed, yet still chic. To echo the bistro’s name, the home metaphor has been taken to its logical conclusion. Sofas, lamps, small windows, rocking chairs and even a bookcase have been carefully arranged to transport customers into an atmosphere reminiscent of the interior of a vacation home. The place also stands out with its neon lights, open kitchen and bistro chairs that hijack the codes of the restaurant business. The identity of La Maison Bleue is apparent at first glance, as this neo-bistro is unlike any other. Everything has been thought out and considered, and no detail is left to chance. It was designed by Michaël Malapert, an interior designer who, among other things, designed Speakeasy and Yuman.

Escape to the famous Maison Bleue at 7 Place Franz Liszt, 75010 Paris.
