Surrounded by an immaculate snow-covered landscape, La Fruitère Val d’Isère, at an altitude of 2,400 metres, is a feast for the eyes and taste buds.
Blowing out its 20th candle last Tuesday, the Folie Douce “neo bistro” with its stylish decor, copyright of a dairy cooperative, offers daily Savoyard dishes revisited with style.
At the head of the kitchen, renowned chef Franck Mischler creates tasty dishes that are copiously served, such as Palette de Pata Negra (starter), Croustillant de truite légèrement fumé (starter), Les Sucettes de Reblochon (starter). There’s also Filet de Canette, Suprême de volaille jaune de Challans and Poitrine de veau du Limousin. Desserts are equally tempting and generous, as evidenced by the sumptuous Mille Feuilles à la Vanille. Daily accompanied by daily specials, the extensive menu will delight the taste buds of even the most demanding palates.

Just another high-altitude restaurant, you ask? Of course not! Thanks to Luc Reversade, a true creative talent scout brimming with ideas, La Fruitière has become unique. 
Nestled around the complex, a sublime terrace allows skiers and epicureans to enjoy a Cabaret show worthy of Las Vegas.
The cabaret starts at 2.30pm. The subjugating voices of the singers perform feats of strength alongside the professional dancers who string together lively choreography. Music made in- La Folie Douce- and improbable costumes combine around a team with boundless energy.
There’s no need to wait for the sun to go down, as the end of the cabaret heralds the opening of the Folie Douce club, where the après-ski takes on the air of a Champagne Party.
