The musical event of the summer is, of course, Jay-Z and Beyoncé’s ON THE RUN TOUR, which everyone is eagerly awaiting. And because this 21st-century Bonnie and Clyde don’t do anything by halves, they’ve asked their good friend Riccardo Tisci to design the tour’s costumes. One of the world’s most influential couples, they’re setting American stages on fire, and the best is yet to come. Beyoncé and JAY Z’s stage costumes, very faithful to the Givenchy codes infused by Riccardo Tisci, were introduced to the public at the opening of the ON THE RUN tour, in Miami on June 25, 2014
To open the show with their historic first collaboration (’03 Bonnie & Clyde’), JAY Z wears a tailored black tuxedo in accompanied powder-grain and satin and an American flag-print T-shirt in black and white from the forthcoming Men’s
Givenchy by Riccardo Tisci Spring-Summer 2015 collection.
While singing some of her greatest hits, Beyoncé reveals her first Givenchy Haute Couture outfit by Riccardo Tisci: a short black leather men’s jumpsuit with a central zipper and hand-embroidered
bra and panties. The back of the suit is embroidered in red and white with ‘BBB 17’.

The second outfit (‘Single Ladies’) is Riccardo Tisci’s new interpretation of Beyoncé’s signature leotard, here in stretchy black tulle covered with embroidered sequins, 3D stones and crystals, and a fishnet tulle right down to the skin in the central
section.

For the show’s grand finale, when Beyoncé and JAY Z appear for the last time, the singer wears a black vinyl and velvet bodysuit over a fishnet jumpsuit and a 5-meter-long taffeta skirt reproducing the American flag,
with its embroidered stars.
Beyoncé’s outfits are all worn with bespoke nappa and patent leather thigh-high boots.
ON THE RUN TOUR: September 12 and 13, 2014 at the Stade de France
