Founded over 100 years ago, Comtesse du Barry, a specialist in foie gras, has never ceased to renew itself, and now offers an assortment of mini sausages and aperitif puddings.
The brand presents 3 creations: small sausages with duck breast and green pepper, small sausages with Espelette pepper and small white puddings with duck liver. The range will be extended in July with the launch of mini boudins with smoked salmon. We can’t wait!
Prepared in the South-West of France, these tasty new products can be eaten on their own or on skewers, accompanied by a variety of vegetables and fruit.
The culinary adventure continues with a starter of foie gras from whole farmhouse duck from the South West, cooked at low temperature. Slow, gentle cooking gives it just the right pink color and exceptional mellowness of foie gras prepared just like in a restaurant. Enjoy it in wide slices with lightly toasted bread, accompanied by a glass of Jurançon or a glass of Champagne.
