After its Christmas cakes, Mariage Frères presents three galettes specially designed for Epiphany.
The first is a square galette with a heart of glazed chestnut frangipane, with vanilla and caramelized flavors; all flavored with Étoile de France green tea!
The second galette is filled with a creamy frangipane made with Full Moon Party green tea, with hints of sweet almond.
Finally, the third galette des rois, in the shape of a crown, is topped with Black Orchid tea frangipane, which adds vanilla notes to the whole.
What better way to accompany the galettes than with tea? King’s Tea, a blue tea, and Happy Queen, a green tea, have been created especially for the occasion!
