Apple’s unmissable Keynote took place last night on the company’s campus, announcing a number of new features, but above all ONE new feature: the launch of the iPad Air. It’s been a while since Apple has wowed us with totally new technologies, and the Steve Jobs era has (almost) taken everything with it.
This aluminum iPad Air is quite successful in terms of ergonomics. In addition to its Retina display, the new tablet is 30% lighter than its predecessor, weighing in at less than 500 grams. What’s more, Air also means that the iPad is thinner. It doesn’t lose power, however, and its battery life remains at nearly 10h.
You’ll have to wait until November 1st to get your hands on it, starting at €489.
