To celebrate its anniversary, the Hôtel Renaissance Paris Le Parc Trocadéro pulled out all the stops for a memorable evening. It was an opportunity to announce the events that would punctuate the year.

Le Parc plage: a R of vacation in Paris
From Sunday, July 1, 2012 until Friday, August 31, the garden of L’HOTEL RENAISSANCE PARIS LE PARC TROCADERO goes into summer mode: an air of vacation will reign all summer long in the heart of the 16th arrondissement, between the Eiffel Tower and the Champs-Elysées with Le Parc Plage.
Alongside garden tables and deep sofas, in the shade of parasols and Tasmanian Arborescent Ferns, refreshed from time to time by the vaporous cloud of a mist, deckchairs will be out and about. In this verdant setting, with soil as pale as golden sand, between beach hut and retro ice-cream cart, the city is deliciously forgotten…
The incomparable Parc Plage deckchair experience wouldn’t be complete without a spectacular cocktail at hand: behind the summer bar, Chef Barman Maxime Garcia will mix fresh fruit, aromas and elixirs right before your eyes, in the difficult art of flair bartending that he masters with dexterity.
A choice of 70 cocktails is available à la carte, as well as fast food from 11am to 11pm with summer salads.
On the occasion of Mother’s Day, L’Hôtel Renaissance Paris Le Parc Trocadéro launches its garden brunch
From June 3, 2012, every Sunday from 12:00 to 15:00*, with family or friends, you’ll opt for tables or comfortable sofas in the shade of tree ferns, for a resolutely 5-star brunch orchestrated by Chef Denis Zanetti.
A selection of sweet and savoury treats, combined with traditional hot beverages, opens this convivial moment of relaxation where the great classics of the genre are respected alongside particularly refined dishes. An assortment of pastries, a fruit basket and orange juice are offered on the table, while a festival of flavors is offered at discretion on the buffet: special breads, fruit cakes, brownies, doughnuts, cereals, eggs, a selection of charcuterie and smoked fish, an assortment of salads and mini-sandwiches, and a platter of mature cheeses….
Brunch with hot drinks and fruit juice: €39 per person
