A collaboration becomes more interesting when it does not seek to make disappear the form that made it possible. With Zeus+Δione, Pierre Hardy takes up the Alpha, a bag built around a reduced line and a stable geometry, to shift its material and colour without altering its design.
One form, two readings
The Autumn-Winter 2026 collection offers the Alpha in two sizes, Small and Maxi, and four versions. Suede leather is combined with smooth calfskin finishes; the announced palette — powder pink, light brown, camel, khaki, black and dark green — extends the tones of the ENOSIS collection by Zeus+Δione. The prices given range from 750 euros for the Small to 895 euros for the Maxi.
The clearest choice is that of continuity. Pierre Hardy does not reshape the silhouette; Zeus+Δione works on what it brings into view. This economy of means joins the attention the designer pays to drawing and colour in his Men’s Summer 2018 collection, already read by Luxsure as a work of formal logic.
Colour as context
Founded in 2013 by Dimitra Kolotoura, Zeus+Δione places this edition within a declared dialogue between contemporary creation and Greek know-how. The Alpha, first letter of the Greek alphabet, offers an obvious entry point here; it does not suffice, however, to demonstrate the actual share of Greek craftsmanship in the making. The place of production, the workshops involved and the origin of the leathers are not specified.
The collaboration therefore rests less on an added imaginary than on a more circumscribed operation: placing a palette and materials within an already recognisable structure. In a market where co-branding often translates into an accumulation of signs, this restraint gives the project its coherence.
