Maserati opens the 2026 GT2 European Series season with a one-two finish in the overall standings at Monza. The sporting fact is worth noting for its context: this year, Maserati celebrates the centenary of its involvement in competition.

On June 2, 2026, Maserati Corse made a clean sweep of the GT2 European Series powered by Pirelli. In Race 1 at Monza, i4Race’s Antoine Potty won the Maserati GT2 ahead of LP Racing’s Stefan Rosina and Gerhard Tweraser.

The weekend also confirmed the strength of Philippe Joseph Prette, who won both races in the Masters category. In Pro-Am, Roberto Pampanini and Mauro Calamia, with DINAMIC Motorsport, took two podiums.

Maserati’s soft power lies not only in its past. It lies in its ability to combine its heritage with its current sporting presence.
