You may have recently discovered that Miami has become an essential shopping capital, thanks in particular to Dadeland Mall, Sawgrass Mills and The Colonnades, which we’ve mentioned in previous articles. During our stay, we were also able to discover a wonderful region, ideal for an exceptional tourist stay. Here are the highlights of our trip.
Miami is above all a festive and gastronomic city where all influences meet thanks to the different waves of immigration the city has experienced. Each community has added its own touch, making Miami a veritable cultural and culinary melting pot.
We’ll begin our journey with an exceptional dinner at Le Baôli. This nightclub restaurant is well known to the French, as it’s already one of Cannes’ top spots. Located on Collins Avenue in Miami Beach, you’ll find celebrities and starlets dining on refined dishes blending the Argentinian and Italian origins of chef Gustavo Vertone. http://www.baolimiami.com
You can then continue the party at LIV. For 21 years, LIV has been the place to be for Miami nightlife. Located in a hotel, LIV is an incredible venue with recording studio and live hip hop star! http://www.livnightclub.com
If not, the bars of Ocean’s Drive are waiting for you!
In addition to being the shopping and nightlife capital of the United States, Miami is also the world capital of Modern Art, with the world’s best-known contemporary art fair: ART BASEL MIAMI.
There’s no shortage of cultural venues in Miami, starting with the recently opened Pérez Art Museum Miami (PAMM ) in 2013. This museum offers a large number of major works of art, as well as a pleasant park to stroll around. http://www.pamm.org
Once the tour is over, it’s on to Wynwood Walls. For many years, this underprivileged warehouse district has been transformed in recent years to become the epicenter of Miami’s graffiti and art culture. You’ll find over 70 galleries, museums and works of art on every wall in the neighborhood.

You can dine at the famous Italian restaurant Joey’s. A Miami institution with exceptional pasta and pizza.
