In cocktails, the aromas of Havana Club 7 Year Old come to the fore in simple, informal cocktails such as the 7 Presidente. It consists of 50ml Havana Club 7 ans, 15ml dry vermouth, 5ml sugar syrup, large ice cubes, garnished with a slice of grapefruit.
Easier to make, long drinks with Ginger Ale or Cola also bring out all the depth and complexity of Havana Club 7 ans. To make a Cuban Ginger, mix 6cl of Havana Club 7 ans with 12cl of Ginger Ale in a glass filled with large ice cubes, then garnish with a slice of lime. For a Cubata, mix 5cl Havana Club 7 ans with 12cl Cola, then squeeze two slices of lime and drop into the glass
