Launched in the United States in January 2003, Cîroc is the first vodka to be made from the finest French grapes, the others being generally created from cereals. Some of the grapes undergo maceration, fermentation and then cold storage. Both traditional and modern, the production processes are similar to those used to make fine wines. Four column distillations and a final alembic distillation extract the full aroma and freshness of the grapes, while preserving the incomparable smoothness of Cîroc vodkas.
